No it doesn’t - you can’t get pregnant from oral sex.

since last three four months i am observing redness and itchness on my penis and it increases when it gets erect i never had any sex so little worried about it can you suggest me is it due to the discharge or something else.

It sounds like you need to consult your doctor - there are various things you can have that are unrelated to sexually transmitted infections such as allergies etc…
How do I have sex without getting a UTI? Almost every time I have sex I get a UTI and now I'm too worried to ever have sex. I try going to the toilet after sex but even then it doesn't help. What can I do?? I want to be able to enjoy sex.

It’s not usual for foreskins to bleed so you need to consult your doctor or a sexual health clinic as soon as possible.
If you're a virgin, and have sex for the first time with another virgin, can you contract infections off each other from unprotected sex even though you both should be clean from never having sex before?

In theory that is correct, but it’s very difficult to verify if someone is actually a virgin or not. Apart from HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy might also b an issue.

Yes, in that it’s completely natural and many people do it regularly. If you think you are masturbating too often or that it causes you anxiety, talk to your doctor.

No spray has been shown to work and it wouldn’t be a substitute for regular foreplay - around 20 minutes of kissing and cuddling, touching an stroking. The idea of being able to arouse someone instantly is a myth.

Only you two will know when the time is right. If you decide to have sex use condoms and lube right from the start.
