since last three four months i am observing redness and itchness on my penis and it increases when it gets erect i never had any sex so little worried about it can you suggest me is it due to the discharge or something else.

It sounds like you need to consult your doctor - there are various things you can have that are unrelated to sexually transmitted infections such as allergies etc…
How do I have sex without getting a UTI? Almost every time I have sex I get a UTI and now I'm too worried to ever have sex. I try going to the toilet after sex but even then it doesn't help. What can I do?? I want to be able to enjoy sex.

Depending on whether you have any symptoms and what they are it may be a combination of urine samples, blood samples and swabs. While that may sound a little intimidating it’s easy, painless and free at your local sexual health centre!

It’s not usual for foreskins to bleed so you need to consult your doctor or a sexual health clinic as soon as possible.
