It’s quite common for men to get a fungal infection that is sometimes referred to as :jock itch.” Your doctor can prescribe an anti-fungal cream that will clear it up.

Yes, lube is safe for masturbating but if you are also having penetrative sex a condom is definitely recommended.

since last three four months i am observing redness and itchness on my penis and it increases when it gets erect i never had any sex so little worried about it can you suggest me is it due to the discharge or something else.

It sounds like you need to consult your doctor - there are various things you can have that are unrelated to sexually transmitted infections such as allergies etc…

It’s not usual for foreskins to bleed so you need to consult your doctor or a sexual health clinic as soon as possible.
If you're a virgin, and have sex for the first time with another virgin, can you contract infections off each other from unprotected sex even though you both should be clean from never having sex before?

In theory that is correct, but it’s very difficult to verify if someone is actually a virgin or not. Apart from HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy might also b an issue.

There are several methods: one is to masturbate before sex so that it’ll take you longer to cum again. Another is to masturbate and see how long you can delay ejaculation: this way you will begin to learn to be aware of an impending orgasm. Stopping for a few moments, or changing positions can also help.
