Christchurch Pride Week was launched in style at Queer Takes on Monday 10 May. The 2nd annual Pride Week art exhibition at Cultured Gallery features 33 works by established as well as emerging local queer artists, some exhibiting work publicly for the first time. Queer Takes and Pride Week 2010 were formally opened by Grant Banberry, painter and former Christchurch gallery owner.
