One that feels good for both of you - and heaps of water based or silicone lube. A slightly thicker condom is stronger and will also slow you down (stop you from coming too soon).

Silicone lube is nicest I reckon - all the slip and none of the stickiness

As you suggest, your body is now used to this time. We suggest you gradually try and make the time earlier and earlier. If you don’t masturbate for at least several days you’re more likely to jump to attention when you want to.
When should you worry about getting a aids test. I have had plenty of STI tests but never have been offered an HIV or Syphilis test.

If you don’t always use a condom it’s even more important. If you want an HIV or syphilis test you can request them from your doctor or at sexual health. If they ask why, just reply that you just want to be sure and put your mind at ease.
what if a guy can only put his knob in you not the full cock?

If he isn’t wearing a condom there is still risk from his precum and sexually transmitted infections that he might have that you can’t see. More foreplay is likely to be required so that he can get most of his penis in.

They sound like hair follicles but they could be several other things - best to have them checked out by a doctor or at your local sexual health clinic.

It’s not unusual for men to have issues maintaining an erection when first using condoms. Try thinner condoms for more sensation and enough but not too much lube. To “condition” yourself to condom use, don’t have sex or masturbate for up to a week and then masturbate with a condom on so you get to know how they feel. After a while, the sight of a condom will mean action and you’re more likely to respond quickly and stay hard.
My partner of 3 years and I use condoms as our birth control, as I don't react well to the pill and have a genetic predisposition to blood-clots, which also prevents me from using IUDs. That being said, we have the issue of condoms coming loose during sex. If I'm on top, or he is on top, it's usually okay, but if we try any other positions, the condom nearly always comes off! Do you have any suggestions?

It sounds to us like the condom isn’t a good fit. Your partner might like to try a closer fitting condom so that it’s more likely to stay on especially during vigorous sex and in different positions.
