Event Overview
The Get it On! Big Gay Out is New Zealand’s biggest celebration of diverse communities. Everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy the entertainment and activities at this fun, family‐friendly event.
Get it On! Big Gay Out 2013 is on Sunday 10 February, from 12‐7pm at Coyle Park Pt Chevalier. For the past few years we have consistently had more than 10,000 attendees relaxing in the sun, enjoying the entertainment, and, of course, exploring and partaking in the delights of our Marketplace!
Places in the busy marketplace are extremely popular. We are now accepting stall-holder applications and will be determining the final range of stalls in December 2012. Those who are successful will be contacted in December 2012 and sent a Stall Holder Agreement to complete and sign.
Stall Site Prices
Responsibilities
The Get it On! Big Gay Out agrees to provide:
- Reasonable promotion of the Big Gay Out event
- An allocated site and a detailed site map
- Access to water (see toilet block on attached map) and toilets (portaloos)
- A single carpark in the Bangor St carpark (see carpark on attached map)
- Vehicle access to the park for set up (7.30‐11am) and packdown (7‐8pm)
The stall holder agrees to:
- Complete and comply with the stallholders agreement
- Keep their vehicle off the park between 11am and 7pm
- Provide all equipment necessary for the safe and efficient running of the stall including shelter, power, equipment for payment and appropriate tables / displays.
